The hotel was relaxing with really good staff members and a downstairs bar. We had a separate bedroom. The food was excellent, with a wide range of options. This was a marvellous location so close to attentive staff where the guests are the centre of attention, and New Town, Old Town, West End and Stockbridge. Had nice dainties at Top Floor Cafe, located metres from the property.
We didn't like that there was service missing.

They gave us a well-appointed room with a living room and an iron. The roof top view was lovely and the location was incredible, really close to Princes Street Gardens as well as nice restaurants and bars. Truly enjoyed the family restaurant and its savoury cuisine.

The hotel was a nice base for enjoying a very very nice area, just next door to bright lobby/cafe and friendly and attentive staff where the guests are the centre of attention and main attractions and good eating places. I loved the great food they offered. Absolutely perfect and nice setting for everything I could possibly need. There was café Patisserie Maxime, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the property.

I recommend you to eat at Las Iguanas, that is set 100 metres away. Magnificent location and normal prices. I visited princes street gardens that was close to the hotel. Free Wi Fi was working perfectly.
